It is normal procedure to bolt racking structures to the flooring, and unless otherwise, our quote makes allowance for this. Nevertheless, if the flooring slab is reinforced with grid steel mesh or comparable products to a level less than 70 mm listed below the surface, special drilling devices will be needed and any extra costs incurred will be to the purchaser's account.

21. The Buyer shall pay the Seller instantly. If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate suitable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
