14. If the Buyer requires unique packing in relation to the Goods it must be accepted in writing between the Purchaser and the Seller, and the cost of the same is to the Purchaser's account and accordingly will be included in the Purchase Rate. If the Seller stops working to consist of the cost of special packing in the Purchase Price the Buyer need to pay to the Seller such expenses as needed.

21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller right away.
